Our standard minimum order is one full container load (FCL = approx. 20–25 MT depending on product). For some products we can accommodate LCL (less than container load) shipments for buyers ordering smaller quantities. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
We primarily supply registered businesses — food manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, importers and retail chains. We do not typically supply to individual end consumers. All buyers must provide valid business registration documentation.

Yes. Our products meet international food safety and export standards. We can provide SGS Inspection certificates, Phytosanitary Certificates, Fumigation Certificates, and Certificates of Origin. Buyers can request specific inspection reports at the time of ordering.
Yes — our procurement team can source agricultural commodities not currently listed. Contact us with your product specifications and we will advise on availability and pricing within 24–48 hours.
We offer flexible packaging: 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50kg bags, 500kg and 1MT (1000kg) big bags, as well as bulk flexi-tanks for liquid products. Private label and custom branding is available for minimum quantities — ask our team for details.
Submit a Quote Request with your product, quantity, destination port and preferred Incoterms. We will respond with a formal price indication within 24 business hours. Prices vary by product, quantity, origin and destination.
We offer FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost Insurance Freight), CFR (Cost and Freight), EXW (Ex Works) and DAP (Delivered at Place). FOB and CIF are most commonly requested. All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed.
All price indications are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless specifically requested otherwise. We accept payment via international bank wire transfer (T/T), irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC at sight), and Documentary Collections (D/P, D/A).
No. Our quotes are transparent and itemised. FOB prices include product + export packaging + inland transport to port + port handling. CIF prices additionally include ocean freight + marine insurance. Any applicable phytosanitary, fumigation or inspection fees are quoted separately upfront.
We ship primarily from Cape Town (Cape Town Container Terminal) and Durban (Pier 1 & Pier 2). For specific routing requirements we can arrange transshipment via other South African ports.
We ship to all major international ports including Jebel Ali (Dubai), Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg, Port Klang, Singapore, Nhava Sheva (Mumbai), Chittagong, Apapa (Lagos), Mombasa, Port Said, Karachi, Shanghai and Houston, among others.
Transit times vary by destination: UAE/Gulf: 12–18 days | East Africa: 7–14 days | West Africa: 18–28 days | Europe: 18–28 days | Asia (India/Pakistan): 16–24 days | Southeast Asia: 22–30 days. These are approximate and subject to vessel schedules.
Standard export documentation includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (SADC, EUR.1 or General), Bill of Lading (Original or Telex Release), Fumigation Certificate (for grain products), and Phytosanitary Certificate. SGS Inspection Reports and Halal Certificates are available on request.
We can arrange DAP (Delivered at Place) terms for some destinations where we have established logistics partners. Contact our team to confirm availability for your specific country and city.
Standard payment terms are: 30% advance deposit + 70% balance against shipping documents (T/T), or 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight from a reputable bank. Payment terms may be adjusted for established repeat customers. We do not offer open account terms for new clients.
Yes. We accept irrevocable, transferable Letters of Credit at sight issued by reputable international banks. Our bank will advise you of the required LC terms and conditions. We recommend that the LC be confirmed by a South African bank.
